Job Title:  Lead Software Developer


Role Description:
As Lead Software Developer you will be responsible for designing, building, testing and supporting applications using latest programming languages and development tools. You would be working on both generic products and bespoke solutions. You will work closely with the Operations Director and Service Manager to ensure applications are developed and integrated according to their specifications.

Essential Requirements:
•    A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
•    At least 7 years of software development experience with .NET and WPF.
•    At least 4 years of web development experience with ASP.NET MVC using C#
•    Have good understanding of Agile Software Development principals, practices and processes
•    Good inter-personal skills and the ability to work on own as well as a team player
•    Good project management skills.
 
Must have solid understanding of the following :
•    Visual Studio 2015 or latest
•    ASP.NET MVC and Core
•    WPF and VB.NET
•    LINQ/EF
•    HTML & CSS
•    JavaScript & jQuery
•    SQL Server & T-SQL
•    Web API & Message Based SOA
•    Unit Testing & TDD
•    SVN & TeamCity
•    Agile, Scrum and Kanban
•    Object-Oriented Design Patterns
 
Knowledge of following is desirable :
•    Single Page Application frameworks and libraries
•    NoSQL databases
•    Visual Studio Online
•    Knowledge of Payroll/HR systems development
•    Azure
